Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales leads through proactive outreach and networking
- Schedule and conduct client appointments to assess insurance requirements
- Present and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any ongoing needs
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous customer service, including handling inquiries about policy availability, coverage options, eligibility, policy changes, billing, claims, and transfers
- Maintain complete and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty insurance license required
- Life and Health insurance license preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills preferred
- Previous experience in insurance sales, retail sales, inside/outside sales, or telemarketing is beneficial
- Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales goals and quotas
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused approach with the ability to relate to a diverse client base
