Insurance Sales Agent - Summary- Full-time position for licensed insurance professionals
- Engage with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Work within a reputable, award-winning agency focused on empowerment and growth
- Base salary plus commission, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement
- Develop and manage leads through various channels including inbound inquiries and proactive outreach
- Schedule appointments, conduct needs assessments, and market appropriate insurance products
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify additional insurance opportunities
