Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Actively develop leads and schedule appointments to meet with prospective and current clients.
- Identify individual customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding coverage options, policy changes, billing issues, claims, and eligibility.
- Provide accurate information and friendly customer service to ensure satisfaction and build trust.
- Market insurance solutions that align with customer goals and agency objectives.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and performance quotas as set by the agency.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in insurance sales, property & casualty and/or life & health insurance preferred.
- Background in sales, whether inside sales, outside sales, retail, or telemarketing, is valued.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Exceptional written, verbal, and listening communication skills.
- Self-motivated with strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to relate to and effectively engage with customers.
- Must possess, or be able to obtain, a valid Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Life & Health Insurance license is a plus.
