As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer needs to match them with appropriate insurance products. You will establish and maintain strong customer relationships, follow up with clients as needed, and provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Your daily activities will involve responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy modifications, claims, and billing.

This role requires an active Property and Casualty insurance license. Candidates must be able to work on-site and meet all applicable licensing and training requirements. Bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred, as they can help you better serve a diverse client base. Successful applicants will demonstrate excellent communication skills, a self-motivated attitude, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets. Prior experience in sales, whether in insurance, retail, or telemarketing, is a strong asset. You must also be willing to obtain a Life and Health insurance license as part of your professional development.

This opportunity is with an independent State Farm agency, meaning you will be employed by the agency owner rather than State Farm Insurance Companies.
