As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to the needs of each client. You will leverage your expertise in property & casualty and life & health insurance to guide customers through policy options, recommend coverage, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively will be crucial in helping clients make informed decisions about their insurance needs.

Insurance Sales Agent - Summary
- Provide expert advice on property & casualty and life & health insurance products to individual and business clients.
- Work primarily in a remote setting, with periodic in-office collaboration as required by the agency.
- Drive new business growth and support the agency’s strategic goals through high-quality client service and sales performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term loyalty and satisfaction.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Contact and consult with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Process insurance applications, policy changes, and renewals efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Comply with all applicable licensing, training, and compliance standards set by the agency and industry regulators.
- Handle sensitive client information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs provided by the agency.
- Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with agency team members to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Active Life & Health insurance license.
- Prior experience working in a State Farm agency setting.

- Multi-state licensing preferred but not required.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills a plus, but not required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
