Insurance Sales Agent - Summary
- Full-time opportunity with Farmers Insurance for a motivated and professional Insurance Sales Agent

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain valid General Lines Property & Casualty and Life & Health Insurance licenses (assistance provided if needed)
- Drive new business growth through both inbound and outbound sales strategies
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up with potential clients, and close sales for personal lines insurance products
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support to all clients, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain a high level of ethical conduct, professionalism, and reliability in all interactions
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients, deepening relationships and improving client retention
- Build and nurture referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, and other key partners
- Identify and develop new financial service opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Utilize agency-provided leads to maximize sales opportunities and build a robust client base

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required
- Sales experience or a background in a client-facing role is considered a plus
- Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Must be coachable, open to feedback, and eager to learn
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and determined to succeed
- Required: General Lines Property & Casualty License (assistance available for obtaining license)
