Insurance Sales Agent - Summary
- Full-time position based in Ann Arbor, MI
- Serve as a primary point of contact for new and existing insurance clients

Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships with follow-up as needed
- Develop new sales opportunities with both prospective and current clients
- Respond to client inquiries regarding insurance policies, eligibility, coverages, claims, billing, and policy changes
- Educate clients on insurance options through a needs-based review process
- Create insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales effectively
- Build and maintain networking relationships to generate referrals and expand client base
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to achieving daily success
- Stay current on product changes and technical developments in the insurance industry
