Insurance Sales Agent - Summary
- Utilize provided leads to market and sell a comprehensive range of insurance products including Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required insurance licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
- Drive new business growth through effective inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up on leads, and successfully close sales for personal lines insurance policies.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to clients at all stages of the customer journey.
- Maintain a high standard of work ethic with daily commitment to success and goal attainment.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.
- Establish and nurture referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, realtors, and related professionals.

Qualifications & Requirements
- General Lines Property and Casualty License (required or willingness to obtain).
- General Lines Life & Health License (required or willingness to obtain).
- Previous insurance or sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
