- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing customers
- Identify and assess customer insurance needs to recommend suitable products and services

- Assist clients with policy changes, billing inquiries, claims processes, and coverage reviews
- Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous customer service at all times

- Life & Health insurance license is a plus
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience in inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is advantageous

- This position is with an independent contractor agent for a major insurance brand; employees are not employed by the parent insurance company
