Insurance Sales Agent - Summary
- Responsible for selling, marketing, and servicing insurance products to new and existing clients.
- Works to educate customers on available insurance policies and assists them in selecting coverage that fits their needs.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and businesses seeking insurance protection.
- Supports clients throughout the insurance process, from initial contact to policy servicing and renewal.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients and prospects.

- Initiate outbound calls and correspondence to promote insurance products, services, and referral programs.
- Utilize various lead sources—including phone, email, and client lists—to grow sales revenue and expand the client base.

- Effectively track, follow-through, and follow-up with leads to ensure a high conversion rate from prospect to client.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent multi-tasking, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred; however, training is available for highly motivated candidates.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in listening and closing sales.
- Proven success in generating leads and securing appointments from a cold start.
- Proficiency in Spanish, Chinese, or Vietnamese is a plus and will enhance communication with a diverse client base.
