Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and nurture leads through proactive outreach and effective follow-up.
- Schedule and conduct client appointments to assess insurance needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Market and sell insurance products such as auto, home, life, and health policies tailored to customer needs.
- Establish and maintain positive customer relationships by providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding policy coverage, eligibility, quote requests, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency sales goals and deliver consistent, high-quality service.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required.
- Life & Health license required or must be obtained as a condition of employment.
