Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs
- Promote a wide range of insurance products including property, casualty, life, and health policies
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and effective client interviews
- Explain complex insurance concepts and financial topics in clear, understandable terms
- Utilize market area operations knowledge to enhance service delivery and meet agency goals
- Ensure all information is handled confidentially and in accordance with industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy sales
- Meet and exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and client engagement
- Adhere to all company policies, licensing requirements, and regulatory standards

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license
- Active Life & Health insurance license
- Multi-state licensing preferred
- Prior experience with State Farm agency model required
- Proven sales experience and strong communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively
- Interest in promoting products and services that meet identified customer needs
- Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills
