Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required Insurance Producer licenses in Property & Casualty and Life & Health (support provided to acquire licenses).
- Drive business growth through proactive sales calls, responding to inbound inquiries, and following up with prospects.
- Generate accurate insurance quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales on personal lines policies.
- Cross-sell and upsell existing clients to enhance protection and increase retention rates.
- Develop referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, realtors, and other professionals.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly client support throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals, directly impacting your earning potential.
- Maintain ethical standards and a strong work ethic in all interactions.
- Identify new financial service opportunities with both existing and new clients.
