Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Consult with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs and recommend appropriate products
- Sell a variety of insurance policies, including property & casualty and life & health products
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication, follow-up, and customer service
- Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies
- Manage sensitive client information with strict confidentiality and integrity
- Utilize strong organizational skills to track leads, opportunities, and client communications
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and products
- Attend one in-office day per month as required by the agency

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Active Life & Health insurance license required
- Multi-state licensing strongly preferred
- Prior experience with State Farm agency operations required
- Proven sales experience and excellent communication skills
