Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and qualify leads through proactive outreach, scheduling appointments, and identifying customer insurance needs.
- Market and sell a variety of insurance products, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health coverage, to individuals and businesses.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarifications.
- Meet and exceed sales goals by leveraging effective communication and sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Ability to obtain a Life & Health license if not already held.
- Prior experience in insurance sales strongly preferred; State Farm experience is advantageous.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas preferred.
