Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
- Utilize inbound and outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up with leads, and close personal lines policies.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly support for all client inquiries.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and consistently strive to exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to existing clients, enhancing customer retention.
- Build and nurture referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, real estate professionals, and other industry contacts.
- Identify and develop new financial service opportunities for both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with the agency owner and team members to maximize lead conversion.
