Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Engage with leads provided by the agency to schedule appointments and assess customer insurance needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries on coverage, eligibility, policy changes, claims, and billing
- Assist customers throughout the insurance process, ensuring clarity and understanding of the policies offered
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas through proactive outreach and effective communication

Qualifications & Requirements
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Active or obtainable Property & Casualty license required before start date
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license within 60 days of hire
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales targets or quotas preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and relate effectively to customers
