Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Acquire new insurance customers by presenting and selling homeowners, auto, renters, life, and related insurance products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options to clients via phone and in-person meetings.
- Meet and exceed established new business production goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong, professional client relationships to build trust and encourage long-term loyalty.
- Ensure all insurance licenses remain in good standing and adhere to ethical and professional standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a positive and productive team culture.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health insurance licenses.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Organized, driven, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain high ethical and professional standards.
- Successful completion of a background check as part of the hiring process.
