Insurance Sales Agent - Summary
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by offering personalized insurance solutions tailored to their unique needs.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Acquire new insurance clients by presenting and selling Homeowners, Auto, Renters, Life, and additional insurance products.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients over the phone and in-person to recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Meet or exceed established targets for new business production, demonstrating a commitment to personal and agency growth.
- Maintain required insurance licenses in good standing and uphold high ethical and professional standards at all times.
- Foster long-term professional relationships through proactive communication, follow-up, and outstanding customer service.
- Participate in ongoing training initiatives to stay current on industry trends, products, and best practices.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must possess, or be willing to obtain, both General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health insurance licenses as required by state regulations.
- Demonstrated strong oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and disciplined with excellent daily work habits.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in sales or customer service preferred but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Must successfully complete a background check as part of the hiring process.
