Duties & Responsibilities
- Acquire new insurance customers by presenting and selling a variety of insurance products, including Homeowners, Auto, Renters, Life Insurance, and other complementary offerings.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate coverage options over the phone and in-person consultations.
- Meet or exceed established new business production goals and performance objectives as an Insurance Sales Agent.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active General Lines Property & Casualty license required.
- Active General Lines Life & Health insurance license required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills essential for client engagement and relationship building.
- Highly organized, disciplined, and self-motivated professionals preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not required; comprehensive training is provided.
