Insurance Sales Agent - Summary
- Engage with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend suitable policies
- Develop leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve agency growth targets
- Foster strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and personalized service

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
- Market appropriate insurance products and services to new and existing clients
- Establish and maintain customer relationships, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as set by the agency
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy information
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct in all business dealings

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Active Life & Health license required
- Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals preferred

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
