Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close sales with prospective and existing clients
- Establish and nurture client relationships, providing follow-up and ongoing support as needed
- Build and maintain a strong network of professional contacts to expand business opportunities
- Offer prompt, accurate, and friendly client service to ensure a positive customer experience
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Identify and develop new service opportunities with both existing and new clients

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Property & Casualty license
- Must be able to obtain Life & Health license
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred
- Proven record of meeting sales goals and quotas
- Genuine enthusiasm for the role of insurance and financial products in supporting clients' lives
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and high ethical standards
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to effectively generate leads and secure appointments from a cold start
