- Acquire and develop new insurance customers by offering Homeowners, Auto, Renters, Life Insurance, and related products
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and present clients with suitable insurance options over the phone and in person
- Meet or exceed established sales and new business production goals
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and retention
- Stay current with licensing requirements and adhere to ethical and regulatory standards
