Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and present insurance quotes to prospective clients.
- Conduct persuasive sales presentations and close insurance sales.
- Initiate and maintain strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up.
- Generate a high volume of outbound sales activity, including daily calls and networking efforts.
- Achieve monthly targets for property and casualty applications, as well as life insurance applications.
- Maintain discipline in sales follow-up and customer engagement.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support while embodying a strong work ethic and commitment to success.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must obtain Property & Casualty insurance license.
- Must obtain Life & Health insurance license.
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
- Strong belief in the value of insurance and financial products.
- Proven dependability, ethical behavior, and trustworthiness.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
