Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, conducting regular follow-ups as needed
- Identify and develop service opportunities with both new and existing clients
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Utilize a consultative, needs-based review process to educate clients on insurance solutions
- Develop insurance quotes, conduct sales presentations, and close new business

- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life and Health license (required)
