Insurance Sales Agent – Summary
- Full-time Insurance Sales Agent position focused on marketing, selling, and servicing a comprehensive range of insurance products.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain required state insurance licenses, including General Lines Property & Casualty and Life & Health (assistance provided if not yet licensed).
- Drive new business growth through a combination of inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up on leads, and close sales of personal and commercial lines policies.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer support to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals through diligent prospecting and relationship management.
- Cross-sell and upsell additional insurance products to existing clients to deepen relationships and improve policy retention.
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships with real estate professionals, mortgage lenders, and other relevant networks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and recommend new financial service opportunities to both new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with agency leadership and teammates to maximize the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required; agency support is available for licensing.
- Prior sales or client-facing experience is a strong asset.
