Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide professional, accurate, and friendly service to clients, addressing their insurance needs and inquiries
- Respond promptly to customer questions regarding policies, coverage, billing, and claims
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional insurance solutions appropriate to each client’s unique situation
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and ongoing support
- Support agency sales and retention goals by proactively engaging with both new and existing clients
- Participate in structured training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and policy details
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license required or willingness to obtain
- Life & Health insurance license required or willingness to obtain
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential
- Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented approach
- Ability to work in-office in Raleigh, NC
- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required
