- Market and recommend appropriate insurance products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health policies.
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing follow-up as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service—responding to inquiries about coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Assist clients with insurance availability, eligibility, transfers, and policy updates.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License required.
- Active Life & Health License required.
- Ability to complete required agency training upon hire.
- Ability to work standard office hours, typically from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required.
- Preferred experience in sales (inside, outside, retail, or telemarketing roles).
