Insurance Sales Agent

If you’re an experienced insurance professional seeking a dynamic opportunity to advance your career, the Insurance Sales Agent role offers a compelling path for growth and rewards. As an Insurance Sales Agent with a respected State Farm independent contractor agency, you’ll engage with clients through a primarily remote work environment, with a single required in-office day each month. This structure provides flexibility and autonomy while ensuring you remain closely connected to your team and agency leadership for ongoing support and professional development.

In this Insurance Sales Agent position, you will utilize your expertise in insurance products such as Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies to deliver exceptional service and advice to clients. Your responsibilities will include building and nurturing strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their insurance needs, and providing tailored solutions that protect their financial interests. Working remotely, you’ll exercise self-motivation and time management to meet performance targets while maintaining compliance with all regulatory requirements and agency policies.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, highly organized, and adept at handling confidential information with discretion. Leveraging your prior experience with State Farm operations, you’ll play a vital role in expanding the agency’s client base and ensuring client satisfaction through attentive service and knowledgeable guidance. Your communication skills will be essential in explaining complex insurance products, responding to client inquiries, and following up on leads to convert prospects into loyal policyholders.

The agency values its team members and offers a supportive work culture with a competitive compensation structure. You’ll benefit from a base salary complemented by an attractive commission structure and performance-based bonuses. Fully licensed candidates may be eligible for a hiring or onboarding bonus as well. Paid Time Off (PTO) and continuous training opportunities ensure you have the resources you need to thrive in your role.

To succeed as an Insurance Sales Agent, you must hold active licenses for Property & Casualty as well as Life & Health insurance. Multi-state licensing is a plus and will enable you to serve a broader client base. Prior experience working within the State Farm agency model is required, as is demonstrated success in insurance sales. You should be comfortable working independently in a remote environment and possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Join an agency with a proven record of long-term growth and a commitment to developing its team members. If you’re ready to leverage your expertise and passion for helping others, submit your application today by clicking the job application button and take the next step in your insurance sales career.
