Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing clarification.
- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance targets set by the agency.
- Participate in training and professional development activities as required.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.
- Active or obtainable Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Active or obtainable Life & Health insurance license required.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently.
