Insurance Sales Agent - Summary
- Sell, market, and service a variety of insurance products to new and existing clients
- Act as a trusted advisor for individuals, families, and businesses regarding their insurance needs
- Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns promptly and professionally
- Maintain and nurture client relationships through consistent follow-up via phone calls, emails, and meetings
- Contact businesses and private individuals by telephone to promote available insurance products, services, and referral programs
- Grow sales revenue by leveraging lead lists and prospecting techniques, including cold calling and networking
- Educate clients on insurance policy options, helping them make informed decisions based on their unique needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the agency
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records in the agency's CRM system

Qualifications & Requirements

- Property & Casualty insurance license preferred; training available for qualified individuals
- Strong skills in initiating client contact and setting appointments from a cold start
- Excellent listening, communication, and closing abilities
- Multilingual abilities in Spanish, Chinese, or Vietnamese considered a plus
