Insurance Sales Agent - Summary- Consult with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
- Sell a range of insurance products including Homeowners, Auto, Renters, Life, and related policies
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing communication and service
- Meet or exceed established sales goals and performance metrics
- Demonstrate high ethical standards and maintain all required insurance licenses
- Acquire new customers by presenting insurance coverage options over the phone and in person
- Analyze client profiles to provide comprehensive recommendations for insurance protection
- Regularly follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional coverage
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation in compliance with industry regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and foster a positive agency culture
- Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory changes relevant to the insurance market
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives

- Must have or be willing to obtain General Lines Property & Casualty and General Lines Life & Health insurance licenses
- Prior experience with Farmers Insurance is preferred but not required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual skills are preferred but not required
- Organized, driven, and self-motivated with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
- Successful completion of a background check is required
