Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments to discuss insurance products and services with potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-up and outstanding customer service.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverage, policy changes, claims, and billing clarification.
- Ensure all interactions reflect a commitment to client satisfaction and agency values.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas as set by the agency.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and agency procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Life & Health insurance license preferred.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field preferred.
