Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs
- Market appropriate State Farm insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture positive customer relationships, ensuring timely follow-up
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service to clients
- Handle inquiries related to insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Actively participate in achieving sales goals and contributing to agency growth
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and policy information

Qualifications & Requirements
- Must reside within a 20-mile radius of the office in Round Rock, TX
- Active Property & Casualty license required
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license preferred
- Previous insurance sales experience and/or relevant licenses preferred
- Track record of achieving sales goals preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Sales experience in outside/inside sales, retail, or telemarketing a plus
- Bilingual skills are advantageous
- Strong problem-solving abilities and goal-oriented mindset
- Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and relate effectively to customers
