Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients
- Identify individual customer needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services
- Establish and nurture customer relationships, providing ongoing support and follow-up as needed
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service in all interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
- Achieve personal and agency sales goals through effective prospecting and consultative selling

Qualifications & Requirements
- Insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Property & Casualty license required
- Life & Health insurance license preferred or must be able to obtain
- Proven sales experience (inside sales, outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing preferred)
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
