Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop leads and schedule appointments with prospective and existing clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products and services
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries about insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing inquiries
- Follow up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and address ongoing needs
- Meet or exceed agency sales goals and quotas
- Collaborate with team members to support agency objectives

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license (or ability to obtain)
- Florida 4-40 or 2-20 license accepted
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred
- Proven track record of meeting sales goals and quotas preferred
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent multi-tasking and time management abilities
