Insurance Sales Agent - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Obtain and maintain General Lines Property & Casualty License and General Lines Life & Health License as required.
- Proactively reach out to prospective and existing clients through inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Generate insurance quotes, follow up with leads, and close sales for personal lines and related products.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly support to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Cross-sell and upsell insurance products to deepen customer relationships and improve client retention.
- Establish and nurture referral partnerships with mortgage lenders, realtors, and allied professionals.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets aligned with agency objectives.
- Demonstrate a strong work ethic and a commitment to maintaining professional standards daily.
- Identify and develop new financial service opportunities for both new and existing clients.
