- Develop and present insurance quotes tailored to client needs
- Deliver effective sales presentations and close sales with professionalism

Qualifications & Requirements
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 60 days of employment
- Ability to obtain Life & Health license within 60 days of employment
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required
- Demonstrated success in meeting sales goals and quotas
- Genuine enthusiasm for insurance and financial products
- Strong trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical standards
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Proven ability to generate leads and schedule appointments from a cold start
