Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and cultivate leads through proactive outreach, networking, and community engagement
- Schedule and conduct appointments with prospective and existing clients to assess insurance needs
- Recommend and market appropriate insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health coverage
- Build strong customer relationships, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service at all times
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding policy availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing
- Follow up with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and to identify new sales opportunities
- Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, sales activities, and service requests
- Participate in office meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities as required

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license (required)
- Active Life & Health insurance license (preferred or must be willing to obtain)
- Prior experience in insurance sales or a related sales field is highly preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
- Successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Demonstrated self-motivation and ability to work independently
