Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage leads to grow the agency’s client base through proactive outreach and follow-up communications.
- Schedule appointments and conduct value-based conversations to understand and address clients’ insurance needs.
- Market appropriate insurance products and services, including property & casualty and life & health policies.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing service and support as needed.
- Respond promptly and accurately to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverage options, policy changes, claims, and billing.
- Ensure a remarkable customer experience by delivering friendly, professional, and knowledgeable service at every interaction.
- Support the agency’s growth and retention goals by meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Maintain compliance with all licensing requirements, training programs, and company policies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Insurance sales experience is preferred but not required; candidates with backgrounds in outside or inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing are encouraged to apply.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals or quotas is an advantage.
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with clients and understand their needs.
- Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses if not already licensed.
