- Consistently meet or exceed new business sales goals by effectively working existing leads, proactively developing new leads, and actively marketing appropriate insurance products to a diverse client base.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of available insurance products, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines, to accurately address client needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Document all interactions, quotes, and policy changes in accordance with company requirements for record-keeping and compliance purposes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry changes, best practices, and new product offerings.
Qualifications
- Ability to obtain or currently hold a valid Property & Casualty insurance license and a Life & Health insurance license, as required by state regulations.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with an outgoing, confident, and assertive approach to building client relationships and closing sales.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new concepts and adapt to evolving environments; teamwork and collaboration are essential.

- Successful completion of required credit and background checks in accordance with industry standards and company policy.
