Insurance Sales Agent Job OverviewWe are seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Agent to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will participate in a structured producer program designed to introduce you to the dynamic world of insurance sales. This role provides the opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and develop the skills necessary for success in the insurance industry. You will receive comprehensive, one-on-one training focused on sales strategies, customer service excellence, insurance products, and effective marketing techniques.
Responsibilities- Provide insurance quotes, pricing information, and detailed product knowledge to both prospective and existing clients in order to address their insurance needs.
- Maintain compliance with all company guidelines and industry procedures when preparing and delivering insurance quotes to clients.
- Work diligently to achieve new business sales goals by engaging current leads, generating new leads, and marketing suitable insurance products to a diverse range of clients.

Qualifications- Willingness and ability to obtain, or current possession of, a valid Property & Casualty insurance license and a Life & Health insurance license as required by state regulations.

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt to new situations, and work effectively as part of a team.
