Key Responsibilities- Develop insurance quotes tailored to client needs and present product options effectively to prospective customers.
- Participate in sales presentations and work to close insurance sales while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- Establish and nurture ongoing client relationships, providing continued support and guidance throughout the client lifecycle.
- Actively pursue new business opportunities by networking with existing and potential clients in New Orleans, LA.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service to ensure a positive customer experience and high client satisfaction.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a dedicated commitment to achieving individual and team success every day.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities, leveraging both inbound and outbound strategies to grow your client base.
- Property & Casualty license (must be obtained and exam passed within 40 days of hire date).
- Life & Health insurance license (must be obtained and exam passed within 40 days of hire date).
- 1-2 years of sales experience is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas.
- Strong enthusiasm for the importance of insurance and financial products in people’s lives.
- Proven record of trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical conduct.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities.
- Ability to proactively create new business opportunities, including cold calling and appointment setting.
