Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop insurance quotes customized to client needs and present comprehensive sales proposals
- Close sales by understanding client requirements and offering suitable insurance solutions
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships through follow-up and regular communication
- Expand the client base by actively seeking new business opportunities and building referral networks

Qualifications & Requirements
- Property & Casualty license (must be obtained and exam passed within 40 days of hire date)
- Life & Health license (must be obtained and exam passed within 40 days of hire date)
- 1-2 years of sales experience preferred, but not required
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and quotas
- Demonstrated trustworthiness, dependability, and ethical behavior
- Strong written, verbal, and listening communication skills
- Ability to initiate client contact and schedule appointments from a cold start
- Passion for educating clients about the importance of insurance and financial products
