Key Responsibilities- Develop new leads through various outreach methods, schedule appointments, and identify customer insurance needs.
- Market appropriate products and services, including property, casualty, life, and health insurance solutions.
- Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, following up with clients as needed to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service by responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Meet or exceed sales goals and quotas in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous insurance sales experience preferred; experience in outside sales, inside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is advantageous.
- Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses preferred; must be able to obtain these licenses if not already held.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotas is highly valued.
- Excellent written, verbal, and listening communication skills are essential.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to multi-task and effectively relate to a diverse customer base.
- Ability to commute to the Anchorage, Alaska, office for this in-person, full-time position.
