Key Responsibilities:
- Develop qualified leads through proactive outreach and marketing initiatives.
- Schedule and conduct appointments to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products, including property & casualty, and life & health policies.
- Build strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding policy coverage, eligibility, billing, policy changes, claims, and transfers, delivering accurate information and solutions.
- Maintain regular follow-up to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Generate leads and schedule client appointments to discuss insurance needs
- Recommend suitable insurance products and solutions
- Build and maintain customer relationships with ongoing communication and support
- Handle inquiries related to policy coverage, eligibility, changes, billing, and claims
- Achieve individual and agency sales objectives
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for client interactions
