Insurance Sales Agent - Summary- Responsible for identifying and meeting client insurance needs through consultative sales techniques
- Provides exceptional customer service and builds lasting relationships with clients
- Works collaboratively within a high-performing agency environment
- Full-time position with opportunities for advancement
- Develop and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and consult with clients to understand their insurance needs
- Market and present appropriate insurance products and services, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health policies
- Establish and nurture client relationships through follow-ups and ongoing communication
- Provide prompt and accurate customer service, including policy inquiries, changes, claims assistance, and billing clarification
- Consistently strive to meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to agency growth
- Base salary plus commission/bonus structure

- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Life & Health insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain
- Prior experience in insurance sales or related sales roles preferred
