Insurance Representative - SummaryAs an Insurance Representative, your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with their insurance needs by providing accurate information about our products and services. Duties & Responsibilities- Assist clients by explaining insurance products and services, helping them make informed decisions about coverage options.
- Support the agency's daily operations, including claims processing, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.
- Participate in regular training sessions to develop your knowledge of insurance policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve agency goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
