Duties & Responsibilities

- Present, promote, and sell a range of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial policies.
- Stay current with industry trends, product updates, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by developing and executing effective sales strategies.
- Utilize CRM tools and quoting platforms to document interactions and manage the sales pipeline efficiently.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Active state insurance license(s) for General Lines and Life & Health (or willingness to obtain).
- Sales experience preferred, though not limited to the insurance industry.

- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
