Insurance Office Manager - Summary
- Lead and coordinate daily office operations for an established State Farm Agency
- Support a team-oriented environment focused on client satisfaction and business growth

Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and streamline daily office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across all functions
- Review, update, and maintain accurate client records and documentation as required by agency protocols
- Assist walk-in clients with professionalism, providing prompt and knowledgeable responses to their inquiries
- Support team members with operational processes, troubleshooting, and answering questions regarding insurance products and procedures
- Write, modify, and service insurance policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory and agency standards
- Guide and mentor team members, fostering their professional growth and improving overall team performance
- Promote a positive and productive office culture, encouraging collaboration and mutual respect among staff

Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working within a State Farm agency setting (required)
- Active 440 insurance license required; 220 license preferred
- Active Life & Health insurance license required
- Proven experience working with multiple insurance carriers
- Demonstrated experience in team management, leadership, or mentoring roles
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
