Insurance Customer Service Representative – P&C, Life (State Farm Experience, CA Licensed) - Summary

Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform policy management tasks, including billing, payment processing, and follow-up on past due accounts (BOD).
- Act as a claim concierge, guiding clients through the claims process and providing status updates.
- Contribute to sales efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable insurance products.
- Update and maintain ECRM records accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with ERC updates and ensure all compliance standards are met.
- Provide reliable vacation coverage for other team members as required.
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members to resolve inquiries and issues promptly.
- Support agency operations with various administrative and account servicing tasks as needed.

- Active California P&C (Property & Casualty) and Life insurance licenses required.
- Minimum of five years of direct experience working within a State Farm agency.

- Ability to provide excellent professional references upon request.
- Licensing in adjacent states (AZ, NV, OR) is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
